I’ve always dismissed lytro as a gimick but this is some seriously next level stuff. CRAZY amounts of data and way too impractical for 99% of the work out there, but the specialty market opportunities are unreal
16 stops DR, 300 FPS, 755 megapixel. 655 mb PER FRAME! This goes way beyond choosing a focal point.
This one is longer but it will blow your mind.
Dag...I wouldn’t even know what to do with all that control.

Lytro, and all light field imaging for that matter, is a great example of the simultaneous promise and pitfalls of high-dimensional data.
